Savoy Medical Supply's Policies

Shipping Policies:

Savoy Medical Supply ships to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & Guam. Orders received by 3 p.m. E.S.T. are shipped the same day, unless backordered or out of stock.

We ship UPS, Fed Ex, Common Carrier or our own delivery fleet depending upon your physical location. We strive to process and ship orders in the most expedited manner possible.

Deliveries are made from our distribution center in Hauppauge, NY. Transit times vary from 1 – 7 business days. Express shipments are available – see your sales representative for information or select the shipping method of choice online.

Drop Ship Items

Our goal is to get your order to you in the quickest way possible. Depending upon your location we may ship all or part of your order directly from our manufacturer.

Your invoice will indicate this when applicable.

Refrigerated Shipments

Orders requiring refrigeration may be shipped separately to insure and maintain proper temperatures as required by manufacturers.

Government, Schools, Institutional, Business to Business

Purchase orders are accepted subject to verification and approval ( please allow up to 10 business days for credit check and setup ). Minimum purchase for purchase orders is $100.

Purchase orders must include the following information in order to be processed:

Purchase Order number
Billing and shipping address
Line item quantity, description and price for each item
Shipping charges if applicable
Terms are 1% 10 Net 30
Purchasing representative Name & contact telephone number

Purchase orders may be faxed to 631 234 7004 – 24 hours / 7 days

Returns

We offer a 30 day exchange on all the products we distribute. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it for credit or a full refund less shipping and handling charges. Specially ordered items are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.

In order to receive full credit products returned must be in new condition, in the original boxes complete with all packing materials and instructions.

Refrigerated and RX products are not exchangeable or returnable.

If you are requesting to return a product or order you must contact our Returns Department to request a Return Authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number.

Repairs

All equipment requiring repair should be handled directly by the original manufacturer. Our customer service representatives will be happy to refer you to the correct manufacturer.

Damaged Shipments

In the event that your shipment arrives damaged it is important to note this damage with the delivery agency and Savoy Medical Supply within 5 business days immediately. Savoy Medical Supply assumes no damage responsibility once a shipment is signed for and received by your authorized personnel.

Once a claim is made to Savoy Medical Supply for damaged goods, our representatives will file a damaged goods claim and ship a replacement order immediately.

Missing Merchandise

In order to expedite your order some orders may be received from different warehouses and not arrive at your location at the same time. Please check your packing list for details about your shipment and if a portion of the shipment is being shipped directly from our manufacturer or another warehouse.

In the unlikely event you are missing a portion of your order please contact our customer service representatives immediately but no later than 3 business days of receipt.

Controlled Substances / Products

Any restricted items may require prescription and/or medical license upon purchase.
